ESFERA - UAB Campus benefits
The UAB Sphere is a community of departments, scientific-technical services, institutes and centres of research, centres of the Science & Technology Park, and university hospitals linked to the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Relocation and Immigration Services
The ICN depends on staffing its organization with workers hailing from all over the world.
There are times when the procedures and adjustment to a new way of life associated with moving to Barcelona are not as easy as expected. For this reason ICN offers its support and advice to those who need it not only in administrative matters but also in the details and concrete problems that accompany relocation in a new city with a new way of life.
In this regard, ICN relies on the experience and professionalism of Barcelona Relocation, a relocation services company that assists new arrivals with a standard pack of services pre-established with ICN for all cases and the possibility of separately contracting on an individual basis other services that can be of use.
Flexible Compensation Plan
The ICN offers all its employees a Flexible Compensation Plan by allowing them to voluntarily decide how she/he wants to receive the institute gross retribution, either in money or in products offered by the company such medical insurance, restaurant tickets, training, rent or kindergarten.
